Shipping:
All orders are sent Canada Post in Canada. If
you require expedited or Express shipping service please inform us at time of
order and we will do our very best to accommodate you. This will be at an extra
cost to you.
Damaged or Lost
Shipments:
When your order is received by MacCreations it is
custom made for you and packaged for shipping. While we strive to ensure that
your order is very carefully wrapped and protected against damage we do realize
that no matter how we safeguard and protect against damage, accidents do happen.
We can assure you that when your order leaves our
store every possible effort has been made to ensure that you receive your
product in perfect condition.
We have over the years only used carriers that have
a solid reputation for efficient and safe handling of your product.
Return
Policy
We at MacCreations wish you to be happy with your
purchase and strive to not only be number ONE on the World Wide Web but as
over 60 percent of our business is with repeat customers and word of mouth
advertising we are sure that you will understand the following conditions and
the reason for this policy.
If for any reason that we make a mistake or your
product is defective we will gladly replace your item free of charge and pay all
shipping charges but it is necessary to E-Mail us or call us ASAP to inform
us.
Custom orders cannot be returned for any reason as
all orders are custom made for you, our customer. Please be aware of this policy
and measure correctly for shirt and jacket sizes, and if you are not sure of the
sizing please contact us and we will assist you in how to determine the proper
size of your item. That is why we are here.
Please also check that the spelling of your Clan or
Coat of Arms name is correct on the order form as typing errors cannot be fixed
later. If we have any question regarding your spelling we will contact
